Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from the time you receive your items and are eligible for store credit or exchanges only. Absolutely no refunds will be given. If 14 days have gone by since your received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a credit nor an exchange.

To complete your return please email info@theancientmoon.com with your order number. We will then provide you with a return shipping address. Please note that we do charge a restocking fee of $20 on all returns and exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Jewelry, special order items, and ingestible items, perfumes and essential oils, anything that has a seal that’s been broken, undergarments and all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and when a store credit is issued.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We're happy to swap out a size, style or color for you. Send us an email at info@theancientmoon.com and we will provide you with the status of the item you wish to exchange your item for as well as the return address to which to send back the item you do not wish to keep.
